When setting up WAY in your company, one of the steps necessary will be to install WAY software on each company device. This process requires manual input by you - we'll help you within this article to guide you through the steps.
On the day of the software rollout, you will receive an email from WAY. Inside this email, you will find your personal login credentials, which you will need in step 4.
Open this link on the iPhone you want to install WAY on (the link has to be opened in the Safari browser on that device):
Connect this iPhoneAccept the EULA by selecting the checkbox and click on "Enroll".
You will now see the login page. Please enter the login credentials you received inside our email and click on "Authenticate".
You might be asked if you want to save the login credentials. Please tap on "Later".
You will be asked if you want to allow the website to install a configuration profile. Please tap on "Allow".
If this message doesn't appear, you might not be using the Safari browser. Open this link in the Safari browser and repeat the steps. The notification should now show up.
The next steps need to be performed in the iPhone's Settings app. Please open the Settings app on the device.
Inside the Settings app, tap on "General".
Inside the General section, tap on "VPN & Device Management".
Now you will see the newly downloaded configuration profile "Profile Service". Tap on the profile.
Tap on "Install" in the top right corner and confirm by entering your iPhones passcode (the one you have to enter to unlock it, this is not the code for your SIM card).
