Anyway, there is only one big question, do you want to set up the device for its next user or will the next user do it themselves?
If you'll do it yourself, watch out for this screen:
This Remote Management screen during setup means, that the device in front of you is a magical WAY device ✨ that will always automatically connect to our platform.
If you do not see this screen during setup, the device has to be connected to WAY manually.
Go to the device detail page on WAY you should see this card:
Click on Connect to WAY to receive an email guide that helps you to connect that device to WAY.
In case you don't see the above-mentioned card, please unassign the device from its current user and re-assign it. Now the card should be visible.
